Cover reveal!

Da da da da! Here it is! Book Two of the Talent Continuum Trilogy, The Crystal Island, will be released on May 9, 2025. I absolutely love this cover by Dany Rivera. We will be collaborating on character art again this time as well. Keep an eye out over the next few weeks for that.

This book is, in my opinion, even better than the first one! I’m so excited to finally have it coming out to the world. There’s a M/M relationship, a transgender character, and a deeper look into the nonbinary community from book one. Marcus’s physical disabilities aren’t the only ones we’ll be seeing in this book. There’s a character who is neurodivergent as well. Proper representation of people on the autism spectrum isn’t something we see enough of in fantasy or romance yet, either.

Young adult novels are, in my opinion, the perfect way to add representation to fiction. Teens are ready to be seen, and to see others represented in fiction. Disabilities and the LGBTQ + community belong in fantasy romance, living and experiencing the adventures we love to read.

It is my hope that reading audiences will find much to love and appreciate in these books. And the ending-I’m hoping I’ll hear people clamoring for the next book until next fall, when I plan to release it.
